Job Description
Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions with minimal supervisionPrepare and review legal documents including missives, offers, dispositions, and standard securitiesLiaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders, and other third partiesConduct title checks, searches (Registers of Scotland, Land Register, etc.), and due diligenceDraft and submit LBTT (Land and Buildings Transaction Tax) returnsCoordinate settlements and registrations through Registers of ScotlandKeep clients updated regularly throughout the transaction processMaintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Law Society of Scotland and AML regulationsAssist solicitors in complex transactions or commercial conveyancing as requiredThe Successful Applicant
