A well-established law firm is seeking a Junior Conveyancer & Notary to join their Conveyancing Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of conveyancing matters from instruction through to registration, while maintaining excellent client relationships and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Minimum requirements:

• LLB Degree
• Admitted Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary
• Minimum 3 years' post-admission experience as an Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary
• 5 years' post-admission experience advantageous
• Registered with the Legal Practice Council
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport
• Experience handling property transfers, bond registrations and bond cancellations
