About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp analytical thinker to help improve conversion rates for ecommerce brands through data analysis, UX research, and experimentation.
This is not a generic marketing role.
You’ll spend your time:
- analyzing funnels and user behavior
- reviewing session recordings and heatmaps
- identifying friction points
- coming up with test ideas
- helping design better user experiences
- supporting A/B testing programs
You do NOT need to be a “CRO expert.”
But you do need:
- excellent English communication
- strong attention to detail
- analytical thinking
- curiosity about user behavior
- experience with ecommerce websites
- good UX/UI instincts
Bonus if you have experience with:
- Shopify
- GA4
- Hotjar / Microsoft Clarity
