About the Role
Controls Engineer
Leamington Spa
£50,000 - £60,000
Days (7am – 4pm Mon – Thurs 7am – 12pm Fri)
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Controls Engineer with strong electrical expertise to support our clients manufacturing operations. This is an important role ensuring that all plant equipment and systems remain operational, safe, and efficient.
Benefits:
Monday – Friday – No weekends – Early Finish on Fridays
33 Days Holiday (25 Banks)
Overtime on tap 1.3X midweek (1.5X after 2 hours), 1.5X Sat, 2X Sun
Production and Attendance bonus (Paid every 3/6 months)
2X Death in Service
Substantial investment made into the plant in the last year – Just installed and commissioned a new £2m production line – Chance to work on brand new machinery
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out planned preventative and corrective maintenance tasks across site equipment.
Develop, write, and execute PLC programs and support firmware upgrades.<...
