Essential Duties and Responsibilities include supporting plant operations with the following:
System Design & ProgrammingDesign and program PLC/HMI systems for foam manufacturing equipmentDevelop and maintain ladder logic, function block diagrams, and structured text programsCreate operator interface screens and SCADA systemsProcess Control & OptimizationMonitor and optimize foam production processes including mixing, curing, and cutting operationsImplement process control strategies for temperature, pressure, and chemical dosing systemsTroubleshoot control system issues to minimize production downtimeMaintenance & SupportProvide technical support for production equipment and automation systemsDevelop and support preventive maintenance procedures for control panels, sensors, and instrumentationDocument control system modifications and maintain as-built drawingsMaintain archive of PLC programs througho...
