Controls Engineer (Aguascalientes)

The Controls Engineer develops and implements manufacturing processes for new products and continuous improvement, supports production and maintenance activities, and upgrades obsolete equipment.

• Development of new assembly machines and improvements through controls integration.
• Strong knowledge in PLC programs, mainly Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, and Fanuc, including developing backups and improving parameters and programs.
• Knowledge in vision systems, mainly Keyence and Omron.
• Definition of critical electronic parts.
• Advanced tools for troubleshooting, administration, and control of repair.
• Development of guidelines for maintenance technicians regarding controls troubleshooting.
• Leads continuous improvement projects on cost reduction or insourcing process improvements through PLC.
