Ready to take ownership of the numbers that drive the business? Robert Half has partnered with an industry leader as they look for a hands-on Controller to lead their accounting operations, oversee the general ledger, and guide a team of four accountants to success.

In this high-impact role, you’ll manage month-end and year-end close, ensure accurate reconciliations, strengthen internal controls, lead audits, prepare financial statements, oversee tax filings and business licenses, and drive process improvements across the department.

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of accounting/finance experience
• Previous supervisory experience
• Strong GAAP knowledge
• Adept at utilizing software tools to maximize efficiencies
• A proactive mindset with a passion for accuracy, leadership, and continuous improvement
