Responsibilities Responsible for control of powerplants, switchyards, and water release systems to meet both the power and water requirements. Meets these requirements by performing remote operations or by directing Powerplant Operators in the operations necessary to start, stop, or condense generators to meet the generation and spinning reserve requirements of the power system.
