Responsibilities
- Review, draft, redline, negotiate, and manage a broad range of contracts and amendments.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to move agreements from intake through execution with speed and sound judgment.
- Identify contractual risks, recommend practical solutions, and escape non‑standard issues when needed.
- Manage multiple agreements simultaneously while maintaining quality, accuracy, and responsiveness.
- Support continuous improvement of contract processes, templates, and reporting.
- Use contract tools and workflows to maintain clean records, visibility, and follow‑through on obligations.
