Contracts Manager
The Contracts Manager oversees projects from startup to handover, ensuring that work is completed on time and within its budget. As a Contracts Manager, you will be working on a wide variety of projects.
Duties & Responsibilities Logistics and resource management Plan all resources required for the project (including labour, material, and plant & equipment) Site environmental matters Ensure contracts are suitably resourced with regard to labour, material, and equipment Implementation, coordination, and management of the IMS systems Coordinate the technical aspects of the contract(s) under your management Ensure the contractual/commercial management of the contracts Drive compliance with contracts program and plan Report on project deliverables to management Understand, interpret, and provide guidance on technical specifications and requirements Responsible for HR/IR matters on the contracts including appointments, disciplinary actions, and employee/union enga...
