About the Role
**Location**: Sao Paulo, São Paulo, BR
**About the Role**:
The intern will work under the guidance and supervision of the Reinsurance Contracts Counsel in charge of P&C Reinsurance Contracts in Brazil, performing:
- Contract's support for P&C business in Brazil and the Southern Cone;
- Aligning Swiss Re´s reinsurance contracts with applicable law, regulations, and internal requirements;
- Supporting the Reinsurance Contracts Counsel in reinsurance agreement reviews and discussions with Underwriters, Client Managers, Business Services and other support functions, and including external clients when necessary;
- Effectively performing research activities and using available electronic tools and internal systems to review and draft clauses and reinsurance contracts;
- Performing administrative duties such as updating the team's SharePoint site and managing online filing systems;
