Contracts & Costing Coordinator (Loose & System Furniture)

We are hiring a Contracts & Costing Coordinator to support our loose & system furniture projects.

This role focuses mainly on quotations, costing, invoicing, Delivery Orders, and warranty documentation , while other responsibilities such as quantity take-off, progress claims, and showroom support can be guided and trained over time.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, detail-oriented, and able to follow through on work carefully and accurately. This is a fast-paced role that requires commitment, responsiveness, and a strong sense of ownership.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with experience in interior fit-out, furniture works, costing, contracts coordination, QS support, or project coordination will have an advantage.
