Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, NDAs and service agreements
  • Maintain the contracts register and proactively monitor renewal and expiry dates
  • Ensure all agreements comply with company policies and flag legal or commercial risks
  • Support the legal and commercial team in contract negotiations with clients and suppliers
  • Archive executed contracts and maintain an organised document management system
  • Provide regular reporting on contract status, obligations and upcoming renewals
