Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, NDAs and service agreements
- Maintain the contracts register and proactively monitor renewal and expiry dates
- Ensure all agreements comply with company policies and flag legal or commercial risks
- Support the legal and commercial team in contract negotiations with clients and suppliers
- Archive executed contracts and maintain an organised document management system
- Provide regular reporting on contract status, obligations and upcoming renewals
