Contract Paralegal - Financial Disputes

Location and Working Arrangement

Contract Paralegal role in the Financial Services Disputes (FSD) team based in Bristol. May require occasional attendance at TLT office locations.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and analyse claims, prepare draft advices.
• Support the handling of customer complaints, including investigating issues, reviewing documentation and preparing responses in line with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
• Assist solicitors with preparing trial bundles.
• Instruct experts and carry out initial review of expert reports.
• Draft correspondence.
• Review discovery documents received from other parties.
• Manage key dates.
• Assist with recording, reporting on and analysing Management Information.
• Assist with billing.
