About the Role
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting in the execution of Q4 promotions, with eCommerce contributing 30% of SG HE business. Managing extensive administrative preparations for CNY campaigns, including bundle planning, packaging coordination, artwork routing, eCommerce listings, and sampling tie-ins. Coordinating across multiple stakeholders (sales, marketing, agencies, logistics, printers) to align timelines and ensure deliverables are met. Supporting campaign asset management: collating, tracking, and following up on banners, GWP items, social posts Overseeing stock allocation, promotional setup, and delivery arrangements, requiring frequent monitoring and detailed follow-up. Assisting in eCommerce operations and livestream executions, including backend updates, listings, and scheduling.
