Key Responsibilities
Provide proactive recommendations to the Company on how to manage and avoid contractual /commercial conflict as well as being able to provide mitigation strategies should conflict exist.
Closely coordinate with the Client, PMC Teams and EPCIC Contractor teams to ensure effective contractual and commercial agreement and timely and quality delivery of the EPCIC contractor Sow.
Manage claims and variations and all contract management activities including engagement of corporate legal department where necessary.
Engage and built/maintained relationships with the Client, PMC teams and EPCIC contractors
Managing the receipt of all contract deliverables for timely work handover and close-out of contracts.
Maintain records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in progress.
