Contract Manager

The role of the Contract Manager will be responsible for facilitating contracting, including active contract review, analysis, redlining, and negotiation. It will be key for this individual to manage collaboration across multiple locations with cross‑functional stakeholders, including Legal, Global Process Owners, and other important cross‑functional teams. It will also be key for this individual to manage and handle escalations in the contracting process.

Qualifications

• Experienced bilingual paralegals or lawyers with 2–4 years of core negotiation experience.
• Fully equipped to handle supplier MSAs, navigate complex legal terms, align stakeholders, and mitigate corporate risk.
