HIRING FOR ONE OF THE LEADING REAL ESTATE DEVELOPER FOR MUMBAI:

• BE/B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 8–15 years of experience in real estate or construction contracting.
• Strong exposure to high-rise residential projects.
• Expertise in tendering, contract administration, rate analysis, and vendor negotiations.
• Knowledge of SAP, ERP systems, Excel, BOQ preparation, and contract documentation.
• Familiarity with MEP, civil, finishing, and infrastructure packages is preferred.
