About the Role

FM Conway is looking to recruit a Contract Manager to join our Term Maintenance division. As FM Conway’s Contract Manager, you will take ownership of the entire project lifecycle, from planning through to completion, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all site activities. This role offers you the opportunity to work at the forefront of project delivery while being supported by an experienced team and collaborative environment. This permanent, full-time position basedin London. 


The duties of the Contract Manager role will include:

  • Leading the pre-planning, pre-programming and overall delivery of works, ensuring client satisfaction throughout
  • Maintaining seamless coordination between clients, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure the successful running of sites
