Contract Manager

Currie & Brown is looking for a Contracts Manager to join our team in Dubai with Data Centre experience.

What will you be doing?

• Review plans, specifications and contracts to ensure the correct equipment, material and subcontractor services are ordered and/or purchased
• Maintaining Client relationships and delivering commercial and contracts reports according to the clients’ requirements.
• Manage the contract lifecycle
• Determine or negotiate contract terms and conditions, award supplier contracts or recommend contract awards
• Review and update existing contracts
• Explain terms and conditions to managers and relevant parties
• Establish delivery schedules, monitor progress, and contact clients and suppliers to resolve problems
• Helping develop and implement Commercial Strategies
• Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms
