Job Description
This is a commercially-focused role requiring strong expertise in PFI contract management, financial oversight, risk mitigation, and strategic stakeholder engagement. 
The Contract Compliance Manager will be pivotal in maintaining compliance, supporting audits, and ensuring transparency and accountability in all commercial aspects of the PFI contract.
Key Responsibilities
Lead commercial compliance across the PFI contract, interpreting complex terms into practical solutions.
Own and manage the Unitary Charge Pack, validating financial deductions, service credits, and KPIs.
Monitor contract risks proactively, resolving issues with Trust, SPV, and internal stakeholders.
Manage and reconcile monthly financial performance, including invoicing, deductions, and unitary charges.
Collaborate with Commercial and Finance teams to ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and audit readiness.
