Contract Administrator
Responsibilities
- Prepare change documentation, including change directives, contemplated change orders, and site instructions.
- Review and respond to Request for Information (RFIs).
- Review submittals including shop drawings, material samples, and product datasheets to ensure alignment with contract documents.
- Identify and communicate potential issues and inconsistencies in drawings, specifications, contracts, and site conditions to the Project Manager, offering preliminary solutions.
- Maintain current knowledge of building codes, by‑laws, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with the latest standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Architecture.
- 1–3 years of progressively responsible roles within architectural firms.
