About the Role
Support civil projects end-to-end, with tenders, contracts and financial tracking. Work closely with delivery teams to keep projects running smoothly.We’re working with a well-established civil contractor looking to bring on a Contracts Administrator in SEPTEMBER 2026 to cover maternity leave. This is a key role sitting across multiple jobs, providing commercial oversight, supporting tendering, and ensuring projects are tracking financially and operationally. There will be a hand-over period with the employee going on maternity leave.
You’ll be working closely with Project Engineers, Operations, and Finance to keep projects running smoothly from tender through to close-out.
