About the Role
- Ensure that the operations in the administrative office are always running smoothly
- Ensure that the administrative office is always clean, tidy and orderly
- Ensure all office equipment is safe and usable
- All equipment and facilities of the company are used properly and controlled
- Ensure water, electricity and telephone usage are controlled
- Ensure that all administrative records are kept in good condition, tidy and organized
