Continuous Improvement Specialist - Lean Six Sigma Leader

DRÄXLMAIER Group in Chemor, Malaysia, is seeking an experienced professional to lead and support Continuous Improvement processes and drive the implementation of LEAN practices. The role requires strong project management capability and proficiency in managing multi-projects.

Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of experience in production environments, especially within the automotive industry. They should possess a Black Belt certification in LEAN SIX SIGMA and excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
