Define and implement a 3- to 5-year Continuous Improvement roadmap aligned with on-site operational strategies. Find ways to boost P&L impact by discussing and improving operational efficiency. Drive Continuous Improvement mindsets and behaviors across middle and senior leadership. Coach and challenge on-site senior leadership to strengthen continuous improvement capabilities.
