A highly commended law firm, ranked in The Legal 500 and Chambers UK, is seeking a Contentious Trust and Probate Solicitor (NQ to 2 years PQE) to join its prestigious Commercial Disputes team in Reading. This is an excellent opportunity to join a top-tier firm known for exceptional client service. The Contentious Probate team, recently strengthened by a leader with over 25 years of experience, is expanding due to growing demand.
The Role :

  • As a Contentious Trust and Probate Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload of contentious trust and probate matters, including will disputes, inheritance claims, and contested estates.
  • You will represent clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation and negotiation.
