About the Role

1. Strategic Content Planning for KOLs

  • Create general and tailor-made content strategies for all KOL tier (Mega, Macro, Mid) that reflect both the brand’s belief and the creator’s personality.
  • Identify content angles and themes that align with each influencer’s audience behavior and content style.
  • Customize strategy per creator — tone, pacing, hook style, and delivery language — to ensure authenticity and conversion.


2. Scriptwriting & Direction

  • Write or refine scripts, talking points, and shot structures tailored to each creator’s natural tone.
  • Ensure all scripts align with the Core Belief Statement from the Brand Product Strategist.
  • Provide clear direction on how to open, build, and close content scenes for TikTok, Shopee Live, and other short-form platforms.
