Content Operations Analyst (Temporary)

Role

As a Content Operations Analyst, you will support the end‑to‑end content publishing process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery across global distribution platforms. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to track, resolve, and optimize content operations, contributing to a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Track the delivery of content components (Artwork, Metadata, Video, Global Localization), ensuring accuracy and monitoring progress through to successful publication.
• Identify, escalate, and follow up on delivery issues, working closely with resolver teams and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Analyze content fulfillment findings, forecast trends, and identify operational challenges and dependencies to improve processes.
• Contribute to post‑mortems, case studies, and process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing on‑time content availability and customer experience.
