• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests through email in a timely and professional manner.
• Compose and send a personalized email to a member who has submitted abuse complaints about other users on the website, ensuring clear communication and support throughout the process.
• Ensuring all email correspondence is documented.
• Review all submitted contents by the customers.
• Determine if the contents submitted are in adherence with the guidelines of the website.
• Approving, denying or editing user-generated content such as profile, comments, replies and post before it gets posted on the website.
