Summary Description The Content Designer (ELA) applies subject matter knowledge and instructional design principles to develop and revise digital instructional materials and supporting materials. The materials created range from writing manuscripts to creating videos.

Essential Job Functions

• Understand and apply educational research, pedagogy, subject matter expertise, and instructional design principles to create instructional videos.

• Review product features against guidelines for consistency in curriculum design.

• Make sure activity design has adequate white space and hierarchy to clearly display content.

• Collaborate with Content Producer Lead to plan and execute on project workflow and schedules. • Work with Content Producer Lead to create consistency in design of the product.
