About the Role:
The Talent Manager partners with editorial, creative and production teams to source, develop, manage and retain on-screen and off-screen talent across SPH Media's video ecosystem. This role ensures that the right presenters, hosts, contributors, creators and subject-matter experts are matched to the right shows and formats. The Talent Manager nurture growth, strengthens performance on-camera, and builds a sustainable bench of personalities who reflect the organisation's editorial values, brand identities and audience needs.
Key Responsibilities Build and maintain a long-term talent roadmap aligned with editorial priorities, show pipelines and platform strategies. Identify emerging and existing talent - presenters, hosts, commentators, content creators - who can strengthen SPH Media's video presence.
