As a Contact Centre Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for individuals seeking to self-exclude from online gambling and wagering. You’ll provide guidance, support, and information to help people make positive change.

    Working in an inbound contact centre, you’ll manage cases, triage enquiries, and provide accurate information, all while handling sensitive personal information with confidentiality and professionalism.
