Consulting & Digital Solutions Leader

We are seeking a talented individual to join as Consulting & Digital Solutions Leader at Marsh. This role will be based in Manila.

Responsibilities

• Accountable to the accelerated growth and P&L of the Consulting and Digital Solutions practice of MercerMarsh Benefits Philippines.
• Generates sales by expanding revenues from existing MMB clients and prospects through either direct effort (own team) or by effectively enabling and collaborating with the Sales Team and the Client Relationship teams by executing product orientations, campaigns and initiatives.
• Leads the team to positively collaborate with Analytics, Broking and Placement teams on client projects and deliverables related to clinic management, quarterly reviews, plan design, benchmarking, and funding strategy.
