About the Role

CPL are proudly assisting an NHS client in Liverpool who require a Consultant O&G to join their team on full time basis ASAP.

The team are seeking a Consultant Gynaecologist to the support the team for an initial period of 3 months working 10 PAs over a week.


Rate is negotiable for the right candidate and this will be paid via PAYE on a weekly basis.


Below is an example (subject to change) of activity the successful doctor will be expected to cover during the week.

  • Outpatient Department (clinics) typically 2 sessions per week

  • Theatre, a mix of elective and emergency theatre, typically 2 sessions per week

  • Gynae Emergency Department (GED), this department is supported by junior doctors and ENPs, typically 2 session per week

  • Ambulatory, should this be appropriate (sessions TBC)

  • SPA/ Admin time
