Consultant - International Pensions

We are seeking an actuarially trained consultant to join our Montreal-based team supporting multinational clients with international pension plan administration and the coordination of international pension accounting and disclosure deliverables. International experience is an advantage but not required. This is a hybrid role with a requirement to work at least three days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities International pension plan administration

Serve as a primary point of contact for plan participants (often executives) and client stakeholders; triage, track, and manage requests via mailbox and phone line.

Perform and/or review pension benefit calculations and prepare participant statements and other communications.

Maintain accurate member records, trackers, and databases throughout the employment lifecycle.
