In this function, you will support national and international clients in complex transactions. You will work in a fast-paced environment, with a wide variety of people at KPMG and our clients.

• Provide essential support to our clients in strategic acquisitions or disposals, delivering insightful due diligence services.
• Obtain, compile and analyze financial, commercial and operational data of target companies for key deal metrics such as sustainable revenues and earnings, adjusted net assets and future cash flows utilizing MS Excel and cutting‑edge KPMG data analytics tools.
