Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, including clearing, digging, and leveling work areas
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision
- Assist skilled workers such as carpenters, masons, steelmen, and welders
- Mix, pour, and spread construction materials such as concrete, mortar, and asphalt
- Follow construction plans and instructions from supervisors
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the construction site
- Observe and comply with safety rules and regulations at all times
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the site supervisor
