Construction Superintendent

This is a remote position when not out in the field on projects

Stonhard Position Overview:

Stonhard's Construction Superintendent is responsible supervising large, sometimes multi-phase, flooring construction projects. Our Superintendent works with General Contractors, Stonhard installation partners and customers to deliver finished flooring projects at customer sites.

Compensation:

• Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000
• Annual bonus opportunity (rookie average level) - $5,000 - $15,000
• Annual bonus opportunity (veteran average level) - $15,000 - $35,000
• Supplemental Pay Types: Commission Pay, Car Allowance, Reimbursement for Business Expenses
