Construction Superintendent

Position Description:

Airoom Architects Builders & Remodelers, Chicagolands premier 67 year old design/build company, is growing and seeking an experienced residential construction superintendent for high end residential remodeling and room additions. Strong project management skills and significant customer relation experience a must.

• Deep residential construction experience in high end remodeling and renovations and new builds and fluent in reading blueprints, construction details and materials schedules.
• Strong conventional rough framing layout knowledge and background in carpentry, and managing projects from concrete foundations through the trim out phase a must.
• Comfortable with lighting and electrical layouts, general plumbing and HVAC rough and trim and ability to adjust plans in the field to accommodate changes requests by homeowners.
