    Job Description

    The Construction Solicitor position will involve the following tasks:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction, fully familiar with the NEC suite of contracts, and procurement contracts
  • Ability to manage planning permissions, building approvals, and other regulatory licences.
  • Experience with real estate due diligence and documentation.
  • Strong capability in contract claims management and cross jurisdiction dispute handling.
