Construction Site Supervisor

1. ROLE IN THE ORGANIZATION

The Construction Site Supervisor based in Karachi is the front line implementation officer responsible for schools assessments and Day-to-Day supervision of all school WASH construction and rehabilitation works under the WFP McGovern-Dole School Meals Programme in Districts Malir and Keamari. S/he operates under the direct supervision of the Base WASH Engineer and with technical guidance from the WASH Specialist. S/he is present on school construction sites daily, managing masons and contracted artisans, controlling material use, enforcing quality and safety standards, and ensuring every school WASH facility is built exactly as per the approved design and BOQ.

S/he will work across multiple school sites simultaneously, maintain daily site diaries and track material consumption against BOQs, conduct quality checks at every construction stage, and immediately flag any defect, deviation, or safety concern to the WASH Engineer. S/he is th...
