About the Role
Job Description
Lead and manage all civil construction activities including earthworks, foundations, concrete structures, underground services, paving, and infrastructure works.
Ensure that the day-to-day operations are conducted in accordance with the daily construction plan and schedule.
Co-ordinate with other project sections to achieve the above target.
Ensure that the required resources are available on time. Identify problems and resolve them.
Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, project specifications, and HSE regulations.
Review and approve method statements, risk assessments, and work plans before execution.
Coordinate closely with engineering, QA/QC, HSE, planning, and procurement teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor construction progress against schedule and implement corrective actions when required.
