Construction Scheduler

Introduction

We are looking for a full‑time Construction Scheduler to join either our Saskatoon, Regina, or Calgary team! This position will report to the Manager of Project Services. We have multiple opportunities across Canada. Indigenous applicants are encouraged to apply.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver construction projects safely, on schedule, and within approved budgets.
• Define project objectives, scope, and success criteria in collaboration with internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Develop, baseline, and maintain detailed construction execution plans, integrating project controls, scheduling, and resource intelligence.
• Communicate project requirements clearly to all team members, ensuring alignment on scope, schedule, quality, and deliverables.
