• Ensure compliance with WSH Act, MOM regulations, NEA guidelines, and company safety procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards.
• Supervise subcontractors’ work to ensure safe work practices.
• Organize toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and induction training for staff and workers.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; recommend corrective and preventive actions.
