Position Overview

Annual Compensation Range: $50,000-$70,000

Fidelity Engineering & Construction Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Project Administrator to support our project management and field operations teams. Fidelity is a heavy civil construction company specializing in infrastructure projects, including highways, bridges, culverts, roadworks, municipal servicing, and other public‑sector construction contracts across Ontario.

The Construction Project Administrator will play an important role in supporting the successful delivery of Fidelity’s projects by coordinating utility locates, maintaining project documentation, assisting with materials and soils management tracking, supporting quantity take-offs, and providing administrative assistance to project teams. This position is well suited for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and interested in building a career in heavy civil construction.
