Project Manager – Construction
Salary Range: $150,000–$225,000

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from start to finish, reporting to the Project Executive. This role ensures successful project delivery through planning, team leadership, compliance, budget management, quality control, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall project execution including schedule, budget, purchasing, documentation & turnover
• Supervise Assistant PMs, Superintendents & support staff
• Train team members and manage performance issues
• Maintain project files (digital & hard copy) per company standards
• Develop and monitor schedules (including 2-week look-ahead)
• Work with expeditor on permit logs & approvals
• Track change orders, costs, quality, safety & compliance
