We are currently recruiting for a Construction Planner to join a leading residential developer, overseeing the delivery of two large-scale multi-phase residential developments in North West London.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role across two flagship schemes, comprising of mid to high-rise reinforced concrete frame apartment buildings. Working closely with project, commercial and site teams, you will be responsible for managing programmes, monitoring progress, identifying risks and ensuring successful project outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working on large residential developments and possess strong experience delivering RC frame projects from pre-construction through to completion.
