Title:  Construction Manager - Offshore Topside Project 
KBR is growing its Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team for an exciting, high-profile offshore development in Abu Dhabi. We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager who brings deep expertise in managing mega offshore EPC/PMC projects and delivering world-class construction excellence. The ADNOC PMC project role would be based initially in Contractors Office in Abu Dhabi and will then move to the Offshore Site Location 6 weeks on / 3 weeks off ( Rotation Cycle). 
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage construction activities across all project phases for a major offshore development. 
Ensure project execution aligns with PMC standards, client requirements, and industry best practices. 
Oversee contractors, subcontractors, and site 
Requirements Minimum Overall 20+ years of experience 
10+ Years in oil and Gas industry.
