Position: Construction Inspector Location: Albany, New York Project: State Office Complex project Scope: Will provide construction inspection expertise for a huge office complex. Project will include the following: Underground utilities Concrete Wood/metal framing Masonry Roofing Windows Doors Security Alarms HVAC Interior finishes Responsibilities: Daily site inspection for conformance of contract installed work. Complete daily inspection reports. Coordinate with contractors and facility staff. Monitor daily site safety program and observe OSHA requirements. Compare work to the progress schedule.
